DELIVERY
We aim to despatch UK orders to you within the time period specified by the delivery option you select, from placement of order(s). Please allow an additional 7 working days for international orders.
All orders are normally sent via Royal Mail services. Please note that all orders received over the weekend and after 5pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders require signature on receipt.
Should you require a refund, please note delivery will have to be paid to send the goods and previous delivery charges will not be refunded.

RETURNS
***IMPORTANT MESSAGE***
Due to the high demand of sales during our Summer Sale, we can only accept returns via post. Customers will not be able to make online returns in-store during the Summer Sale. Customers wishing to return an online order must post the items back to our store address within 7 days of receiving the order; a member of our online team will contact you once the item has been received.
NON-JEWELLERY ITEMS
If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will accept items not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 7 days of delivery.
We will be happy to offer you a full refund, exchange or a credit note. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund, exchange or credit note. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
Please note:
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
- A refund or exchange will not be made on any items which appear used or worn.
- A refund or exchange will not be made on any items which appear to have been damaged deliberately.
- Please note that we do not accept returns at our retail outlet.
- Any refunds will be provided via the original payment method.
